Presentation of the book "Heartfelt Diplomacy in Romania" was held in Bucharest.

In October 18, 2010 under the initiative and insistence of Azerbaijan-Romania Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group and Romania-Azerbaijan Friendship Society the presentation ceremony of the book "Heartfelt diplomacy in Romania" authored by H.E. Mr.Eldar Hasanov was held in Bucharest at the Parliament Palace in Constantin Brancusi Hall.
Former president of Romania Emil Constantinescu, Adviser to the President of Romania on national security issues Iulian Fota, doyen of the diplomatic corps in Romania Monsenior Francisco - Javier Lozano, Deputy of the Romanian Parliament Miron Ignat, Director of the Institute of Turcology and Central Asian Studies, former Ambassador of Romania to Azerbaijan professor Tasin Gemil, former chairman of Romanian Union of Writers Eugen Uricaru, Director General of "Balkans and Europe" journal Carol Roman, professor of the University of Bucharest, dr. Pavel Abraham lexicographer and music critic Viorel Cosma delivered speech at the ceremony.
In their speech special emphasis was put on the current status of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Romania, the growing cooperation in all fields, particularly in the cultural domain as well as reasons of dynamic development in Azerbaijan. In this regard, the successful activities of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan were highly appreciated.
Stating that the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Romania was inaugurated during his term of presidency Emil Constantinescu expressed his observations regarding the perspective development of Azerbaijan and briefed on his memories of meetings with National leader of Azerbaijani nation Heydar Aliyev and current President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
