The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Bucharest marked the fourth anniversary of death of Nationwide leader of Azerbaijani people, late President Heydar Aliyev on 12 December 2007. At the commemorating ceremony the participants of the event laid wreathes at the monument of the national leader in the Park Tei - Alley Heydar Aliyev.
