To
travel to Azerbaijan a visa must be obtained from the Visa Section at
the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The following
documents must be submitted:

One completed
visa application form.

Original
passport.

Two passport-size photo attached to the application form.

An invitation from Azerbaijan.
The price for an ordinary single entry visa for Romanian citizens is 60 euro.
The price for a single entry business visa for Romanian citizens is 60 euro.
The price for a transit visa for Romanian citizens is 60 euro.
